If you have a AT&T, BellSouth, or SBC Global mail address it's very likely that you are not receiving email from Hamfiles.

It appears that mail form our server is being blocked by their own blocklist. Why this has happened, I'm not quite sure but I have written to them on more than one occasion requesting removal from the list but they haven't replied and nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

That's great, you say, why do I care?
  • If you ever need to reset your password you'll never receive the reset message.
  • If you are signing up for the first time, you'll never receive the validation email.
  • If you post a 'Wanted' request in the forum, you won't be notified if someone can help.
  • Plus many other reasons why you might like to hear from the site.
Can I control what you send me?
Absolutely YES. Go to your profile (My Profile> Edit> Notifications>) and un-check everything your not interested in, job done.

So, why are they blocking Hamfiles mail?
Your guess is as good as mine. Hamfiles is not on ANY OTHER blocklist, we DO NOT SPAM and you can easily opt-out of our messages. If they replied to my requests to be removed from their block list I could tell you more, but they just don't bother.

I want to sign up/receive your messages, what should I do?
If you are joining us for the first time then use an email address from one of the big (free) providers like Google (Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook, Live, Hotmail), Yahoo or ProtonMail. If you already have an account just change your email address in your profile to one of these providers. Do not use a disposable email address, we block those ourselves.
