cannot open program without having the IDcode

downloaded programing software cs 2300 for the IC2300H , but could not install program due to the lack of the ID code

I've used the software on a different computer successfully, so I know I had the code at one point, but now I can't find it!  So I have the same problem.  Looking for the Product ID for CS-2300H…
