Channel programming software icom

Hi, can anybody advise me on what the correct leads and software to program an icom handheld M 25 and an ICOM base station MP 323G, there seems to be so many different programs and leads along with cost implications if I make a mistake in purchasing any help would be greatly appreciated

I too am also after the programming software for an Icom IC-M25 EURO, details of the cables I need to buy and a recommendation of where I might source these.

The response above seems to give details of where I can buy one in the US.  I already have the handset but need details on programming it.  Is any one able to assist?

I know this is a pretty old post now, did anyone manage to find software for this M25 Euro please

If anyone ever found software for the M25 I'd be really interested - Icom wont sell me one at all! All the dealer sites now won't even list a price - it's all on application and the general response is no!
