|Answer||There are occasions when the verification email is never delivered. There are a number of reasons why this may have happened including:
Please use a permanent email address. Addresses from Google (Gmail), Yahoo (Ymail), Microsoft (Outlook, Live, Hotmail) and ProtonMail are always allowed plus 99% of other email systems. You should request an account update (see below).
Your email address is incomplete or incorrect
Request an account update (see below).
You have used an email address that is on a domain or server that also sends spam
Provide another email address and request an account update (see below).
You have tried to register a second account
The system can detect if you have used the same digital footprint to create more than one account which is against the site rules. You should create a ticket asking for the second account to be removed as any further attempts will automatically get your IP address banned. If you are having problems with your primary account please let me know via the ticket system, I would be only too pleased to help.
You spam filter has rerouted it to your spam folder
First check your spam folder, Next add hamfiles.co.uk to your whitelist. Finally, go to the login page and request a password reset, a new validation email will be sent to you.
Requesting an account update
Please create a Support Ticket which includes your new email address, your old email address (for security) and your account user name. You account will be updated ASAP and a private message will be sent to you at your new address to confirm this.
